We will also email you should we make any changes to give you a chance to ask us not to use your information in that way.

Interacting with the RAF Museum Shop by e-mail. We read every message that comes to us. We try to respond within at least 24 hours during the period Monday to Friday. However, responses to messages received at the weekend take a little longer. The Royal Air Force Museum Shop saves messages and/or e-mail addresses only for the following specified reasons: if we think we’ll need to refer to them later when we communicate with the customer and (for those customers who have given permission) to forward newsletters and the occasional notice distribution.
