Returning RAF Museum Shop Products
If you change your mind about your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receipt. E-mail shop@rafmuseum.com , quoting the purchase order number and details of what / why you wish to return or exchange. Let us know if you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
Once your request has been authorised by our Customer Service team, return the item(s) to us, ensuring you have enclosed a copy of your invoice.
Pack the item securely, including the original packaging / with labels attached and the sales receipt / invoice.
We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels or postage charges incurred when returning goods; therefore, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated appropriately.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is found to have a genuine defect, is not fit for purpose, or is an item you have not ordered.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you purchase a defective* item or receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately by e-mailing shop@rafmuseum.com. Quote the purchase order number and details of what / why you wish to return or exchange. If authorised for return we will send you a returns form and returns label to enable you to post the item(s) back to us free of charge. Upon receipt of the said item, we will send a replacement to you. Or you can choose to return the item(s) for a full refund.
* I.e.an item has a genuine fault or is not fit for purpose.
